| Viktor Ephanov. He was born in 1965
in Sakhalin. He graduated from Uglegorsk art school and from art-graphic department of the
Blagoveschensk Teacher’s Training School. Ephanov’s
pictures were exhibited in Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk and Uglegorsk. 20 pictures were created for
the art gallery in Sapporo (Japan). His paintings are in private collections in Russia,
Korea, France, USA.
